I WISH I KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW

I have been developing and collecting recipes for well over 30 years. I have published for personal use several little cookbooks over the years but this weekend I started my new book which I am planning to have available this fall in time for Christmas gifting. Thinking about what I wanted to include in this first book I just kept coming back to the thought “I wish I knew then what I know now”. I can’t believe how much time and money I have wasted over the years just because I did not have the knowledge my experience now lends. This just is not a cookbook it is a life book about living a beautiful life while running a busy household, work, finances, saving money and yes cooking fun and healthy meals. I will be updating this blog as the book progresses so that you can share in the experience and of course try out some of my favorite recipes.

This Cooking Day To Day with SunEday blog is the narrative for general cooking techniques, ideas and tips. Look here for the tips on preparing the recipes contained on the sister blog Recipes By SunEday.
